Organic Beef


So, with the economy being what it is today, beef seems to be the last thing on the menu at dinner time. Not to mention, why spend the extra money on something that is not as nutritious right? Wrong.  Beef can be one of the more health conscious choices for dinner.  Especially if you have the option of organic beef.

Organic beef is proven to be one of the leanest cut of beef with the lowest saturated fat content.  The additional benefit with organic beef is that the cow is never fed any type of hormone, making their meat the most pure and thus healthiest for you.  Organic beef was not something many people inquired about ten years ago, but if you look on the menu at many restaurants you will see an increase in organic beef dishes.  Like they say too much of a good thing, isn’t so good anymore; this is not the case with organic beef.  Like with everything in life, as long as you eat beef in moderation and add a vegetable to every dish, you are sure to keep a healthy diet, even with the beef!  So at your next meal, don’t forget to ask: where’s the beef?
