I (We) agree to keep a written record of breedings and the exact birth dates of my (our) cattle, and will furnish promptly any information concerning these cattle at any time requested to do so by the ABI. I (We) further agree that the Board of Directors has the sole and exclusive right, in compliance with the By-Laws and Rules of Registry, to discontinue any member's membership whenever any member shall be found to have failed to comply with the By-laws or Rules of Registry.
